When should I use this guide?
You want to create a new team
You want to group multiple users
You want to give multiple users access to the same locations
Prerequisites
You are logged in to the app or web
You have administrator permissions
How to do it
In the app
Create a team
Go to Menu (bottom right)
Tap Teams
Tap the plus button
Enter a name for the team
Tap Create
The team is now created.
Add users
Tap the team
Go to the Members tab
Tap the plus button
Search for a user or invite a new one
Select users
Tap Add users
Add locations
Tap the team
Go to the Locations tab
Tap the plus button
Select an existing location or create a new one
Confirm
On the web
Create a team
Go to Teams in the menu
Click Create team
Enter a name for the team
Add users (optional)
Click Create
The team is now created.
Add locations
Open the team
Go to the Locations tab
Click the plus button
Select an existing location or create a new one
Confirm
If it doesn’t work
Make sure you have administrator permissions
Make sure you have entered a name for the team
Make sure you saved the team
Tips!
You can always add or remove users later
Use teams to give multiple users access to locations at the same time
Use clear team names to simplify administration
