Order labels and tracking

This guide shows how to order labels and tracking devices in Infobric Equipment. It is suitable for those who want to label and start tracking equipment.

When should I use this guide?

  • You want to order labels for equipment

  • You want to order tracking devices (trackers)

  • You want to start tracking equipment in the system


Requirements

  • You are logged in on the web

  • You are an administrator

  • You have access to Infobric Equipment


How to do it

On the web

  1. Log in to Infobric Equipment

  2. Click the Order tracking in the bottom left corner of the system

  3. Choose to order labels or tracking devices

  4. Fill in your order

  5. Confirm the order


If it doesn’t work

  • Make sure you are logged in on the web

  • Make sure you have administrator permissions

  • Make sure you can see the order icon


Tips!

  • Labels are suitable for simple and cost-effective tracking

  • Trackers are suitable for more expensive or critical equipment

  • Combine labels and trackers for the best overview

  • Enter the label number as the equipment’s unique ID
