The updated equipment positions map is now available in Company web. The positions map used to be one long list of items and places. To find a tracker that had stopped reporting, you had to scroll through the rows and open each one to check.
Overview by place
The map now opens with equipment grouped by place. Each place shows how many items it has and how many haven't reported in the last week, so equipment that needs attention stands out. To see the equipment or place lists instead, use the view selector at the top of the map.
Trackers that stopped reporting
Items whose tracker has stopped reporting are flagged on their row. When there are any, a notice at the bottom of the list shows how many, and Show filters the list to just those items. Getting help is easier too: Contact support on the same notice opens an Intercom chat with the details already filled in.
Equipment away from its place
If an item's last position is 2 km or more from its place, the distance is shown on its row, so you can spot equipment that isn't where it should be. Items without a place are listed under No place assigned.
New filters and sorting
Filter by how a position was reported and when it was last reported. You can also sort by newest or oldest report, or by name.
Shareable links
Links to the map keep the selected view and filters, so you can share them with anyone who has access.
