Export equipment to Excel

This guide shows how to export equipment to Excel in Infobric Equipment, including how to include accessories in the report. It is suitable for those who want to extract a list of equipment, for example for inventory or follow-up.

When should I use this guide?

  • You want to export equipment to Excel

  • You want an overview of company equipment


Requirements

  • You are logged in on the web

  • You are an administrator

  • You have access to Infobric Equipment

  • You have equipment in the system


How to do it

On the web

You can export equipment from several parts of the system, for example the entire company, a specific location, or a project.

  1. Go to the Owned equipment tab

  2. Select the equipment you want to export using the checkboxes on the left

  3. Select the top checkbox to choose all equipment

  4. Click Manage selected at the bottom center

  5. Click Export

  6. Select which columns to include in the export

  7. (Optional) Enable Include accessories in export

  8. Confirm the export


Include accessories in the export

When exporting, you can choose to include accessories linked to the equipment.

  • Enable Include accessories in export

  • The export will include both main equipment and related accessories

  • This provides a more complete overview in Excel


If it doesn’t work

  • Make sure you are on the web (the feature is not available in the app)

  • Make sure you have administrator permissions

  • Make sure you have selected equipment


Tips!

  • Select all items using the top checkbox for a full export

  • Customize columns to get the right information in the report

  • Use include accessories for a complete inventory list

  • You can also export equipment from other views, such as per location or project, to get a more filtered report
