To save time and get easier management, you can create work teams - Teams that get access to specific places.

For example, if you have a storehouse that only the carpenters should have access to, you can create a Team called "Carpenters", add users to the team and then give the entire team access to the storehouse.

1. Click on Teams in the menu to the left.

2. Click Create team.

3. In the form, fill in a name for the Team and select which users should be included. (you can add and remove users afterwards as well).

4. Click Create

After the team is created, you can click into it to choose which places they should have access to, or click into a specific place and lägga till Teamet som medlem
