Plan your equipment with activities

Activities are a way to plan equipment in different elements with a common start and end date.

This can help you to keep track of when equipment that belong to a certain element should be returned in order to save time and money. When the equipment has passed the date you will receive a notification on email. For example, it may be ”Phase 1” or ”Ground part 1”. In order to create activities and plan your equipment please follow the steps below.

1. Click on Activities to the left in the menu.

2. Click on Create new in the upper right corner. Fill in name, start and stop date and Save it.

3. You can edit or remove activities on equipment from the three dots to the right.

4. You may upload a time plan in CSV or Excel format. Click Upload in the middle of the screen. A tip is to first use the main plan and add to the export if needed.

The easiest way to plan equipment with activities is to do it by the equipment list. 😊

1. From the filter up in the middle of the screen you can choose what you want to see.

2. Select the equipment you wish to plan by the boxes to the left of the items.

3. Click Manage selected on the bottom of the screen.

1. Click on Activities.

2. Select an existing activity or create a new one. Press Save.

3. Close the window.


App

You can also plan equipment with activities by the mobile app.

1. Go to Acitivities on the bottom of the screen. A list of all activities that already exist will be shown.

2. Click Create new activity.

3. Name the activity and set a start and stop date. Click Create activity.

4. Go to the items list to the left on the bottom of the screen.

5. Mark the items you wish to plan in the activity by pressing the item images. Press Manage selected.

6. Press Activities.

7. Press the add symbol next to the activity you want to add.
