Use the tag function to get an even better overview of your equipment!

Here are a few examples of how you can use tags:

· Use tags to mark where the equipment operates on a project. For example, maybe you have equipment that belongs to “Floor 1”? Create a tag named “Floor 1” and put it on the equipment.

· Maybe you have equipment that is rented on different accounts and belongs to different parts of the project? Tag the equipment with account or sub project name.

Create a tag by:

2. Go to the Equipment tab to the left in the menu.

3. Click on the specific article that you wish to tag.

4. Go to Planning. Scroll down to Tags and click Add.

5. Add the name of the tag. Click on the text “Click to create tag”. Save it.

6. The tag will be visible on the equipment.

In order to remove tags from equipment:

1. Follow step 1-4 above.

2. In the tab that opens you can see all the tags that belong to the equipment. Click on the X next to the tag you wish to remove.

3. Click Save.

If you for example want to tag multiple equipment at the same time, follow these steps:

1. Mark the equipment to the left of each row. If you want to select all equipment at once you can use the box at the top of the list.

2. Click on Manage selected, on the bottom of the page.

3. Click on Tags.

4. You can create a new tag for selected equipment or you can add an existing tag, or you can choose to remove tags.

5. Remember to press Save.

You can create, add or remove tags in the mobile app.

1. Go to Items in the menu on the screen.

2. Press an item and go to the tab named Planning. Scroll down to Tags and click Add/Remove.

3. Here you can see if the item already has tags. The list shows tags that are already created and can be added to the item.

3a. Add an existing tag by pressing it. It will then be shown in the overview on the top in the search field. You can also use the search field to search for existing tags.

3b. Remove a tag by pressing the X next to it.

4. You can also create new tags by writing the tag name in the search field and press “Create tag”.
